Who we are

About Fit For Life SF

One of Becca's clients followed her through two different gyms, then stayed for virtual sessions during lockdown, and came back in person after. Five years together and still going strong. Becca builds every program around the person in front of her, whether that means two 20-minute sessions a week for a climber dealing with back pain or a carefully modified plan for someone returning from a serious foot injury.
