Sport-specific training in San Francisco with Fit For Life SF means building fitness that directly supports what you do outside the gym. Rather than generic programming, Becca designs sessions around the movements, muscle groups, and performance goals that matter for your particular sport.
She has worked with climbers building upper body strength, strength sport athletes returning from serious injuries, and clients with other specific athletic goals. One client wanted two 20-minute sessions per week focused on upper body strength for climbing while also dealing with periodic back pain. Becca built a program that addressed both goals within those constraints.
